- About the role:
- As a CBRE receptionist, you will perform customer service tasks for internal and external clients at a corporate client's office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, organizing meeting rooms, and other related tasks.-
- Main tasks:
- Greeting and greeting internal and external clients.- Meeting room coordination.- Central call routing.- Coordinating correspondence and/or packages.- Gathering basic information regarding maintenance, event rooms, etc.- Issuing access control cards.- Other tasks may be added.-
- **Requirements**:
- Relevant secondary or tertiary education.- At least one year of experience in reception or customer service.- Bilingual English/Spanish- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.-
