**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Acquisition**: Identify, target, and acquire new business clients, focusing on distributors in the FMCG sector to expand our market presence.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and awareness sessions to ensure stakeholders understand our product offerings and value propositions.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**: Engage in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of accountability.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience with FMCG and restaurants is a must.
