**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is a part of the Office of the CEO Board area, and reports to both the CEO and the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. Our mission is to advance SAP’s business goals by promoting a culture of integrity, and by mitigating a defined set of legal risks. The OEC is responsible for various SAP compliance initiatives, including oversight and support of the SAP Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, employee compliance training and communications, and the global governance document framework. We also monitor and enforce compliance. Our focus includes compliance with the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery Act, and other global anti-corruption and bribery laws.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Directly support the trainers regarding invitations and attendance for trainings
- Support in the Head of OEC Learning with reports
- Draft compliance trainings based on OEC key remit of fraud and anti-corruption
- Interact with employees to clarify questions regarding OEC trainings. Effectively channel inquiries and complaints; provide clarification & advice; assist in effective response mechanism
- Manage global projects related to learning
- Monitor changes to legal and regulatory climate/guidelines applicable to the company and proactively develop training proposals
- Monitor compliance trends globally, including compliance initiatives, industry compliance failures and other internal and external Compliance trends to provide insight for new trainings
The position reports to the Global Head of OEC Learning and enjoys excellent exposure within the global team.
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Full proficiency with English and Spanish is required, additional languages preferred
- Experience with leaning systems like SuccessMap Learning, L2MS and Learning Analytic Bridge preferred
- Hands-on with extreme attention to detail and written documentation
- Ability to do in-depth research and to interpret written guidelines and documents
- Proactive, dynamic and result driven individual
- Demonstrated ability to work with international, virtual teams with sensitivity to cultural differences
- Project Management experience is preferred
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in MS office tools including, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
- Experience designing and documenting business processes preferred
