Warehouse & Distribution Lead

**Role Description**

This role is responsible for all Warehousing and Distribution activities from our 3PL partners and service level.

Operation oversight and Quality enforcement.

Responsible from Supply perspective of order management systems and reports to other areas.

Interacts internally and externally with several stakeholders

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for kipping service level of Warehousing and Distribution of 3rd parties.
- Ensure the Inbound, receipt, storage and dispatch of the products according to GMP and current SOPs in compliance with quality standards for biopharmaceutical cold chain and controlled temperature products.
- Ensuring compliance of SOPs, Deviations and CAPAs
- Ensure adequate information flow between Takeda and 3PL’s ERPs in the OTC process
- Control of shipments to customers/patients. Ensure proper information of deliveries.
- Ensure proper delivery management from distribution side in ERP. Picking, packing and Printing of dispatch document.
- Ensure compliance with GDP for Control of cold chain shipments form all 3/4PLs.
- Returns follow up, notice to QA Team and coordination of final discarding process.
- Tracking and Report of deliveries to SC, Commercial, Finance, Patient Areas. Receipt and control of all dispatch documents. Check and register effective delivery date
- Ensure inventory management is reliable and coordinate cycle counts in all warehouses.
- Aling inbound and logistic operations with Takeda´s new product Launches.
- Ensure Pharmacy Network across the country for Patient deliveries
- Responsible for achieving KPIs. Building, controlling and reporting of KPIs.

**Education & Experience Requirements**

**Academic Background**
- BS/4-year College Degree in Management, Logistics, Business or a related discipline;

**Languages**
- English: Fluent written and spoken

**Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 year work experience in similar role in relevant industry areas such as Bioscience, Pharmaceutical or highly regulated and compliance industry, cold chain/temperature controlled products; in Warehousing and Distribution areas.
- Experience in traceability process and regulation
- Experience working with an ERP system (SAP).
- Experience working with Quality Systems in Healthcare industry
- Experience managing audits
- Experience in multinational companies
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Specific Knowledge**
- Knowledge of GMP manufacturing and end to end supply chain, as well as detailed knowledge in global logistics (transportation, warehouse, distribution);
- Biopharmaceutical industry
