Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a**Distribution Requirements Planner** to join our team in Supply Chain Southern Cone, with responsibility over Chile and Bolivia warehouses. Become part of our team of top-notch supply chain professionals so you can play an important part of leading the agriculture market to seed and feed the WorldFocus of this role is to ensure physical distribution of inventory from a source location to a destination location to meet customer demands in a timely manner at minimum costs.This role will also gain an understanding of other processes within Supply Chain such as quality, distribution, scheduling, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in monthly IBP process to provide feedback and balance the middle term balance as updates to the forecast are made.
- Physical product deployment from source location to destination locations to ensure supply sources meet demand requirements.Create and monitor Stock Transfer Orders from manufacturing plant or distribution center to distribution networks.
- Review daily exception messages at warehouses.
- Continuously identify and resolve distribution issues using Root Cause Investigations.
- Review sales vs. forecast at warehouses daily to identify any abnormal demand situations.
- Escalate logistic carrier or warehouse issues to Third Party Logistics and/or Logistics Specialists.
- Work cross functionally with Customer Service and Demand Management to ensure accurate and timely ATP (Available to Promise).Liaison between Customer Service, Master Schedulers and Commercial (ex. Plant capacity, demand, sourcing customer orders from plant)
- Escalate product shortages or delays / unexpected stock outs to Customer Service & Demand Managers.
- Work in collaboration with Commercial and internal Supply Chain to identify and optimize overall deployment strategy for Chile and Bolivia.
- Executes Distribution Resource Planning processes, strategies and defined business rules in SAP and IBP
- Maintain Material Master Parameters as needed to support accurate Available to Promise dates and system functionality.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to optimize tools and system functionality to drive efficiency and increase service level

**Qualifications**:** Requirements**:
- BS in Engineering or related technical field
- Experience supporting supply chain/logistics needs in the agriculture industry, is preferred
- Working knowledge or ability to use Excel and SAP systems
- English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all functions
