Their main goal will be working with the Operations team in order to manage and provide useful information for decision-making.
**Tasks**:
- Reporting to stakeholders (Operations, Finance and Human Resources) on the status of requirements and project progress, engaging in the management of necessary project and service milestones
- Pipeline management and analysis to support proper planning and resource needs
- Generate project progress reports (execution, planning, and economic performance)
- Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of results and achievement of goals
- Act as internal consultant or mentor for project teams on topics such as: strategic alignment, project and team performance, methodology, technology and tools implementation and risk management.
- Collaborate in the monitoring and control of the processes of the Quality Management System.
- Analysis of new business opportunities
- Project evaluation
- Accompany and monitor the status of key projects
**Requirements**:
- Recent graduate or advanced student of Engineering, Systems Analysis, Business Studies, or related fields
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- More than two years of experience in the management of businesses and/or budgets
- Three or more years of experience working in S&OP or Business Planning areas, in technology companies (preferred)
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve business problems, with experience in managing commercial / technological information and relationship with business decision-makers
- Great analytics skills, attention to details and multitasking
- Experience in project management software (Jira)
- Intermediate or advanced English level
