We are hiring an IT Software Asset Management Senior Analyst for a US Software Factory to work for Capgemini
The IT Software Asset Management Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring the monitoring, measuring and compliance of SAM Processes working with Process owners to initiate continuous improvement activities.
Project duration: 12 Months
Job responsibilities:
- Assist in partnering with Software Owners, Delivery Managers, License Managers and others to ensure support teams are operating in adherence with all SAM processes and within defined Service Level Agreements
- Be accountable for process management governance, execution, and continual improvement
- Provide guidance to staff and assist with day-to-day process support activities
- Provide input for ongoing maturation of SAM tools (Navvia, ServiceNow) with respect to process execution and reporting capabilities
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job requirements:
- Advanced English level
- Education BA/BS degree from an accredited school OR equivalent years of experience in the ITAM, contracts, or business analysis field.
- Experience in an ITAM role, preferably with direct responsibility for business analysis, execution, and continual improvement
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Experience with Vendor Management
