Consumer Engagement Marketing Leader

The Consumer Engagement Marketing Team Leader (CEM Team Leader) is responsible for the management and execution of Monster Energy's brand portfolio awareness and local marketing initiatives within a defined market. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and is accountable for be in charge of the CEM Team, growing brand awareness and loyalty with strong focus in university program: Relationships with students' leaders, POS owners, activations and events. Communicate the Monster brand message to consumers, Assist with Lead generation for Sales Division, Develop and strengthen Key Accounts Relationships, increase market knowledge, Build Centers of Influence Network Support Sales efforts through event execution. Additionally, to be in charge of the execution of all the brand events and activations related to the defined market.
**Essential Job Functions**:
Recruit, Hire, Train and Manage CEM members.
Manage Operations and Equipment in local market, when required coordinate events with local agencies.
Build vendor and venue relationship focused on brand pillars and universities.
Increase market knowledge (field information to add to business plans).
Maintain inventory control (products and monster items).
Oversee promotional events / brand activations.
Create event schedules and trips aligned with brand pillars and priority SKU's.
Provide market successes feedback.
University program supervision, execution and monthly reports.
**Essential Job Requirements**:
Preferred field of study: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Promotional.
Minimum 1 year of experience with planning and managing resources.
Clean driving record.
Advance User Microsoft Office.
Planning skills for managing CEM Members time, results and agenda.
Advance English is a plus.
