What is the Engineering Enablement?
The Engineering Enablement group looks at integrated data sources to the product or development lifecycle to create metrics that enable the engineering group. The Engineering Enablement group looks for opportunities to add tooling to surface constraints to scaling the business. We are currently:
- Driving quality and security through measuring processes and creating views/dashboards for the company.- Integrate engineering tools to enable the engineering group to better.- Create services to work around data source limitations- Improve the theme of quality in all engineering groups

Preferred Skills- Familiarity with our tech stack: Python, Django, APIs- Familiarity with integration tools: Datadog, Grafana, Sumologic, Opsgenie- Experience with public cloud platforms and containers, such as AWS and Kubernetes- Experience in Agile software development and delivery in a SaaS environment- Knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, docker, APIs, and related technologies- Knowledge of cybersecurity or information security- Clear, concise writer and presenter
