**Purpose of the Role**:
**Servtech**is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven **Country Operations Manager** to support our expansion across Senegal.

Lead all operational aspects of the business to ensure growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Oversee teams, drive recruitment and training, prepare reports and budgets, and monitor performance across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the Head Office; prepare and present quarterly and annual reports.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff across Senegal.
- Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Research target markets thoroughly and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Monitor staff performance; coordinate and schedule training as needed.
- Implement and maintain brand consistency across all operations.
- Foster strong relationships with staff, clients, and partners.
- Ensure a positive image of the company at all times.
- Lead marketing, business development, and operational execution in the assigned region.
- Maintain brand consistency across all lines of business

**Specialist Skills & Experience**:

- **Industry Expertise**: Online sports betting, casino gaming, or telecommunications.
- **Experience**: Proven track record as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role in Africa.
- **Language & Communication**: Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and French.
- **Business Development**: Strong experience in marketing and growing market share.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Market Knowledge**: Solid understanding of the African market(s) with a passion for learning and adapting. Big advantage if you're familiar with Senegal's market.
- **Management**: Minimum 3 years managing marketing or operational teams.
- **Customer Focus**: Committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- **Data-Driven**: Analytical mindset with strong reporting and decision-making skills.
- **Sports Passion**: A passion for sports is a plus.
- **International Experience**: Experience living and working abroad is advantageous.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Ability to navigate and respect different cultural norms.
