**We are looking for a Data Engineer (Ref. 1243) to join our team**

In Vates you will participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed in different parts of the world. We are looking for proactive leaders, oriented to teamwork, passionate about programming in this language and who seek to provide the best experience to the end user.

**Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Develops data workflows, expands existing workflows, and resolves discrepancies in our data model
- Actively contributes to sprint meetings, helping estimate stories with attention on end to end data workflows
- Monitor our data pipeline in all environments, setting up automation around observability and alerting
- Actively contribute to technical discussions and decisions
- Prioritize user stories as the gold standard for end to end data concerns
- Demonstrates ownership over our data architecture within their team
- Identify and suggest strategies to resolve technical debt as it relates to our data strategy and vision
- Work with key internal stakeholders to support our billing, client reporting and product analytics needs
- Perform code reviews

- Python - Git - PostgresSQL - DBT - AWS - Fivetran - Tableau
