**Description and Requirements**:
**_RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- _Create, support, and maintain effective, timely, and accurate BMS for the ISG North America Sales leader that they support_
- _Support and maintain reports and dashboards_
- _Manage the semi-annual quota process_
- _Analyze actual performance versus plans to explain any underlying variances in detail_
- _Interface with teams on topics of order load, quota analysis and deployment, attainment, tracks, pipeline, supply chain priorities, etc_
- _Maintain territory management records in CRM on a consistent basis_
- _Own and manage multiple business improvement initiatives and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis_
- _Analyze big data to create recommendations for the sales teams, finance, and management _
- _Continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations to executive management based on those analyses_
- _Works with the management team to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports, and strategies to meet organizational goals and initiatives_

**_ Job Requirements:_**
- _5-7 years Sales Operations experience providing analytical reporting and business insight_
- _Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills_
- _Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups_
- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - balance multiple projects / initiatives_
- _Superior communication skills (English) - oral, written and presentation skills with leadership and peers_
- _Ability to solve problems and think outside the box_
- _Strong relationship building skills - collaborates effectively with others_
- _Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment; able to work proactively and autonomously_
- _Superior skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required_
- _Experience _working in Qlik would be valuable _
- _Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or business related area required_
