Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)
1. Proven experience in copywriting, preferably for diverse topics and industries
2. Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
3. Strong research and listening skills to understand and adapt to various podcast topics

**Duties**:
Listen to podcast episodes on a variety of topics, including business, marketing, journalism, politics, and influencers
Write compelling articles based on podcast content, ensuring clarity and readability
Conduct research to supplement and support article content
Collaborate with podcast producers and hosts to ensure content meets their vision
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Create engaging social media copy to promote podcast episodes and related content
Ensure all written content is accurate, well-organized, and free of errors
Adapt writing style to match the tone and voice of different podcast shows
Monitor and report on content performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content creation
Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in copywriting and content development
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth of the company
