**The Role**:
As a Creative Copywriter at Ride The Wave, your words will be the beacon that guides small businesses to shore. You'll craft compelling, engaging advertisements that resonate with our diverse communities, turning viewers into loyal customers. We're looking for a critical thinker who's not just adept at writing copy but also at engineering new processes, strategies, and opportunities to amplify our clients' success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop authentic and engaging advertisement content tailored for community groups, aligning with our unique Facebook Groups Strategy.
- Create compelling narratives that introduce our clients' businesses and stories in a personal and engaging manner, highlighting their unique selling points.
- Engage with our online communities by crafting copy that encourages interaction, questions, and comments.
- Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies for content that drives revenue for our clients.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our content creation processes and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a copywriter or related role, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to engage and persuade through words.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for adapting tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
- A creative and critical thinker with a passion for storytelling and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, engaging copy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- A self-starter attitude, with a hunger for learning and a drive to constantly push the boundaries of what's possible.
