Sr Data Scientist

- Collaborate with IT professionals to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.- Conduct thorough analysis of data to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and identify innovative approaches to enhance outsourcing processes.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists on AI development, methodologies and best practices.- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.- Utilize A/B testing and Machine Learning explainability techniques.- Create APIs or services to expose the models for consumption.- Proficiency in any of these AI fields: NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems.

And AI technologies and frameworks such as natural language processing (NLP) and Recommendation Systems.- Experience with cloud environments, Microsoft Azure is a plus.- Experience with MLOps, tools like MLFLow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflow, Grafana, Neptune.ai, Weights & Biases, etc.-
- Leader skills- Extensive experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, particularly in the context of outsourcing processes.- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques.- Very solid proficiency in programming, OOP and functional, with languages such as Python, R, or Java.- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or NoSQL databases, structured and unstructured datasets.- Living in Tucuman, Argentina
