**Associate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition (Bilingual) - Buenos Aires, Argentina**

As a member of the LACA Talent Acquisition team, you will lead and support recruitment efforts across the region. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in the full-cycle recruitment process, with a particular focus on high-volume hiring initiatives.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Support high-volume hiring initiatives and assist with recruitment for other roles as needed across the region.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines.

**Role Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multinational environment with recruitment-related responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid working knowledge of ATS platforms, particularly Workday.
- Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across functions and levels.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of multicultural work environments.
