We're looking for a **Delivery Quality Associate** to join the Consulting Operations team at Modus.

**About You**

**Experience Level: Senior**

**[In order to requisition 1579]**:
You love helping and supporting teams to build great software. You are a gifted analytical thinker who works on strategies and processes to help delivery teams succeed. You have an eye for reporting and monitoring to ensure what you have created is benefiting our consulting delivery team. You are an effective communicator easily able to articulate a situation succinctly while also having a plan of action ready to go to help teams remedy concerns.

You are prepared to work across various teams and departments in the pursuit of quality work. You know a rising tide raises all ships, and work to help others do better work. As such you know collaborating and having a gregarious but modest demeanor is key to winning others over so they can be more efficient and effective.

You have worked with teams before across varying projects. You understand how to identify and implement processes to ensure a team's quality of work when they are without a project manager. You can quickly learn and understand team-specific processes, desired project deliverables, and keys to quality delivery. You have experience using Kanban boards, and queue systems, and you have knowledge of working with Atlassian tools.
- You love learning and understand that software is an ever-evolving world. You enjoy playing with new tech and exploring areas that you might not have experience with yet. You are self-driven, self-learner willing to share knowledge and participate actively in your community.
Having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST hours daily. In addition, reliable high speed internet is a must.
