**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Technical Project Manager / Product Owner** with strong technical expertise to manage software development, define and track tasks, create roadmaps, and report to management. This role requires both **project management and technical knowledge** to guide the development team effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the **end-to-end software development lifecycle**:

- Define and manage the **product roadmap**:

- Organize, track, and prioritize development tasks using **Agile/Scrum methodologies**:

- Translate **business needs into technical requirements**:

- Guide the development team with **technical direction** when needed
- Conduct **sprint reviews and follow-ups** to ensure progress
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure **high-quality software releases**:

- Report **project progress and key metrics** to senior management

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **Technical Project Management Experience** (2+ years in a similar role)
- Strong knowledge of:

- **Next.js** (Frontend development & server-side rendering)
- **PostgreSQL** (Database management & query optimization)
- **Docker** (Containerization & deployment strategies)
- **Vercel** (Cloud hosting & performance optimization)
- **Shadcn UI** (Component styling & frontend development)
- **Google Cloud** (Infrastructure & cloud solutions)
- **Clerk** (User authentication & access management)
- Experience with **Agile methodologies** and project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp)
- Strong **communication and leadership** skills
- Ability to **understand complex technical features** and guide development teams
- Analytical mindset to **identify bottlenecks and optimize processes**

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and DevOps practices
- Background in **full-stack development** or software engineering
- Familiarity with **microservices architecture**:

- Knowledge of **AI/ML integrations** (if applicable)
