Tasks
Throughout this three-month unpaid internship, the Business Intelligence Analyst will assist in collaborating with all other departments (IT, Research and Development, Design, and Marketing) of our company.
The Business Intelligence Analyst’s additional duties will be to:
- Ensuring that data is being correctly gathered, stored, and analyzed.
- Performing data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
- Using and developing data collection processes for users and marketing data.
- Monitoring analytics on an ongoing basis.
- Identifying development needs in order to improve and streamline operations.
- Gathering end-user reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Developing dashboards and creating reports and supporting team members with their use.
- Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization.
- Communicating insights to senior management and across the organization.
- Occasionally undertake tasks outside the normal scope of your job or this job post
**Requirements**:

**Education**:
- Possessing or pursuing a College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, business informatics, or another quantitative area.
**Experience**:
- Experience with Google Products (Google Data Studio, Google Analytics and free data visualization tools)
- Experience with SQL and BigQuery

- Experience with Pandas
- Initial experience in start-ups or agencies (preferably in health and wellness sector)
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely both verbally and written;
- You learn quickly and have a good understanding of processes and KPIs.
- Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely, especially to management.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both alone to analyze findings as well as a member of a team to work with other departments.
- Demonstrating the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Paying close attention to details and a commitment to providing a high-quality product.
- Ease in adapting to changes in tasks and objectives to meet different internal and external requirements.
