**We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Talent Intelligence Center of Excellence. The TI COE will collect and analyze market data on the regional labor markets, our competitors, business practices, etc, and use this information to give Kimberly Clark a competitive edge in securing the top talent in the marketplace.**

**As a Talent Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for driving trend research and insight analysis in this exciting space. Helping to inform and educate HR and business leadership on talent trends and market data. This information will influence business decisions and strategy as well as steering, regional and local Talent Acquisition attraction strategies.**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** You will be responsible for providing statistical and analytical reporting support to recruiters, recruitment management, and internal Kimberly Clark customers. Create, modify, and execute both standard and ad hoc reports capturing all aspects of the talent marketplace to give Kimberly Clark a competitive edge in securing the top talent**
- **Responsible for collecting, compiling, and distributing monthly and quarterly metrics and surveys, which are distributed and reviewed globally.**
- ** Lead or participate in projects that aid in improving the recruitment experience for various product divisions that have very different recruitment needs, including assistance with special recruiter projects (recruiter/learning/satisfaction, questionnaires, hiring trends, organization footprint, etc.).**
- ** Support Global Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives by collecting and consolidating data, performing statistical analysis, and summarizing/ reporting results and key trends.
**Provide reporting, research, and detailed analysis in order to**:

- **Support for location strategy; labor market, pay scale, quality of installed talent, volatility, etc.**
- ** Recommend priority high-value target companies through market research; Gap analysis to understand how K-C fares against competitors; recommending a change**
- ** Act as an ecosystem expert in the markets/functions in which we operate.**
- ** Monitor, track and record and communicate key market developments in our markets/businesses/functions ie: key people moves, and company updates**
- ** Report on labor market trends, hiring scarcity, talent flows, and mergers/re-org**
- ** Support buy strategies for critical roles by building in-house expertise.**
- ** Understand and report on talent supply and demand, compensation trends, and the competitive talent landscape in general.**
- ** Name generation for critical roles in support of recruitment**

**What you need**:

- ** Bachelor's degree/specialized training/relevant professional qualification**
- ** 3-5 years of prior relevant experience in research/data mining/project management type roles.**
- ** Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with a variety of data visualization (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) tools and techniques (e.g. regression analysis, segmentation) is a plus.**
- **Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment.**
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify areas of improvement and make sound recommendations to solve problems. Exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive workforce data.**
- **Strong initiative and attention to detail, Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.**
- **Understanding of modeling, forecasting and data management.
