We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for a **Social Media Coordinator** who will be responsible for managing BetWarrior's social media strategy in Peru, Argentina, Brazil, and Canada. Working closely with the marketing team, you'll have a direct impact on creating engaging content, managing communities, and implementing actions to maximize our presence. Your objective will be to increase our visibility, engagement, and brand loyalty on social platforms.

**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Plan and create engaging content for all key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), aligned with BetWarrior's brand strategy
- Oversee and update social platforms to maintain a constant and active presence
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistency in postings and alignment with events, promotions, and cross marketing campaigns
- Monitor daily user interactions and encourage active community participation
- Manage user-generated content (UGC) creation and facilitate community interaction to increase loyalty and engagement
- Analyze the performance of social media actions and put together detailed reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated on current social media trends, identify new platforms, and opportunities for the brand
- Implement strategies to leverage new trends and formats, such as reels, short videos, and live streams
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in the entertainment, sports, gaming, betting, or technology industries
- Advanced knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool, Linktree).
- Ability to create visually appealing content, including texts, images, graphics, and videos
- Creative and innovation-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and coordinate a team across different markets
- Passion for entertainment products, sports, and igaming (a plus, but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Insights, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of design tools (like Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing (Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
