**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Drive and Implement the Planex Latam Role at Argentina area as a key area for align Planex Latam Strategy, Process, Tools, Best practices, etc.
- Collaborative, build and implement strategy with the Planex Global team.
- Develop and implement medium
- and long-term strategy for continuous improvement of Planex
- Close communication and collaboration with all the local and Latam areas (Planning, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience) for achieve the results.
- Monitor overall performance in the different KPI: Waste, Stocks, Service, DBNR, Excess stocks, Slobs etc. and implement action plan to improve results

**WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Experience in Production planning, Demand Planning, Supply planning, Factories Management, Finance Supply Chain
- High degree of negotiation skills
- Be able to demonstrate influencing and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
- Expert knowledge in excel, power point, power BI
- Excellent presentation skills (creation and delivery)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to extract, organize, analyze significant amount of data
- Attention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problems
- Enjoy working in a virtual and multicultural working environment
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders (people skills)
- Ability to take initiative
