Qualifications
- BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field, with minimum of three (2) years

of related professional experience in the Finance area, mainly in Accounts Payable and Treasury.
Desired knowledge of Taxes, Import and Export administrative processes (taxes requirements,
paper documents, customs requirements) and Treasury routines.
- Advanced / Intermediate English level
- Work schedule flexibility to support different time zone working schedule.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Guarantees regional finance shared services standard processes for Accounts Payable are in place

and executed within the SAP FI module system timely, accurate and in line with the Finance
Corporate process for the area.
- Responsible for SAP functionalities and transactions related to Accounts Payable / Treasury role:
Invoice Verification Process (OPEN-TEXT MIRO), Good Receipt / Invoice Receipt control (GR / IR),
Inter-company invoices analysis and reconciliation (IDOCs), E-Banking Processes and Vendor
Payments.
- Reconcile the related Trial Balance accounts (Accounts Payable, Inter-Company)
- Prepare, control and register the vendor and intercompany invoices and payments, as well as

employee expense reports according to Corporate and local policies.
- Support the administration of Cash Flow.
- Performs other related activities as required regionally and by Corporate Finance.
- Understands and complies with all company safety policies and procedures as related to this

position, including reading all relevant safety literature, using the required protective equipment and
practicing good housekeeping.

Other Competencies required Good intercultural capability to deal with different vendors, internal customers and different finance processes. Team / relationship building skills. Good level of technical expertise and integrity attitude. Desire Courses / knowledge: - SAP FI Module. - Taxes, Central Banks and Import and Export regulations. - Microsoft Office Package (Excel Advanced, Power Point, Word).
