**About This Role**:
We are seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to develop and optimize high-performing ad creatives across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with performance marketers and creative teams to craft engaging ad materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Develop Creative Briefs**: Write objective-driven briefs to guide the production of compelling **video and static ads**.
- ** Coordinate Creative Production**: Work with **designers, video editors, and content creators** to produce high-quality ad materials on tight timelines.
- ** Incorporate Feedback Quickly**: Adapt creative assets based on team input, performance data, and emerging trends.
- ** Contribute to Creative Strategy**: Brainstorm ad concepts, analyze competitor strategies, and ensure alignment with **target audience preferences**.
- ** Report & Recommend**: Share campaign insights with the **Senior Manager of Creative Strategy** and propose data-backed improvements to enhance ROI.

**Software/Platforms/Tools**:

- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Ads Manager
- Motion or similar analytics platforms

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- ** 1-3 years** of experience in **advertising or social media**
- Strong **copywriting skills** with an ability to craft compelling ad messaging
- Experience in producing and optimizing **video and static ads** for paid social platforms
- ** Excellent** **English** **communication skills (oral & written), collaboration, and organizational skills**
- Ability to **thrive in a fast-paced environment**, adapt quickly, and maintain attention to detail
- A **go-getter attitude**, sharp analytical mindset, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement

**Shift Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US CST
