Creative Strategist & Copywriter - DTC E-Commerce (Health & Wellness) Full-time | Remote Do you write ads that actually convert? Can you turn customer insights into scroll-stopping creative concepts? The Role We're looking for a Creative Strategist & Copywriter who can bridge the gap between data and creativity. You'll develop ad concepts, write high-converting scripts for video ads, craft compelling static ad copy, and create briefs that bring ideas to life across Meta and TikTok. This isn't just writing, it's strategic thinking that drives real performance. What You'll Be Doing Developing creative concepts and angles based on customer insights, competitor analysis, and performance data Writing persuasive scripts for UGC and video ads that hook viewers in the first second Crafting copy for static ads, landing pages, and email campaigns that convert cold traffic into customers Creating clear creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creators Analysing ad performance to identify winning patterns and iterate on what's working Collaborating with our growth team to align creative with campaign objectives and testing roadmaps Staying ahead of creative trends on Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms What We're Looking For 3+ years in creative strategy and copywriting within DTC e-commerce, an agency, or as a freelancer Proven track record creating high-performing paid social ads for Meta and TikTok Strong understanding of direct response copywriting principles and consumer psychology Experience writing for health, wellness, beauty, or personal care brands is a significant plus Ability to adapt your voice across different audience segments and product categories Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment Sharp eye for what's working in the DTC space, you're constantly saving ads and studying hooks Excellent written communication skills, fluent in English Why Join Purolabs? 100% remote, work from anywhere with at least 4 hours overlap with UK timezone (GMT) Work directly with the founders, no layers of management or corporate bureaucracy Creative freedom to test ideas and own your work from concept to execution Join a profitable, fast-growing brand with real momentum Product perks, because we actually believe in what we sell A small, dedicated team that values transparency, results, and doing things the right way Important: This is a remote independent contractor role, not employment You must be comfortable working independently and communicating asynchronously A genuine interest in health, wellness, or natural products is a bonus
