**Responsibilities**:
**Forecasting & Inventory Management**:

- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and historical sales data
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand promotional activities and new product launches that could impact demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust supply plans as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Correspond with suppliers to ensure materials and products are completed according to agreed timelines and meet the needs of replenishment.
- Conduct ongoing inventory cycle counts to maintain the accuracy of inventory levels and determine any discrepancies.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Work with various teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports and dashboards to monitor them.
- Collect, analyze and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations that drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and perform data cleansing and data manipulation as needed.
- Identify and track key metrics for measuring operational success, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**Process Improvement & Collaboration**
- Identify areas of opportunity and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and perform data cleansing and data manipulation as needed.
- Identify any potential risks to the overall product supply chain and develop contingency plans. Initiate & lead supply prioritization/de-risk discussions during capacity constrained periods.
- Support the Operations Team with Ad-hoc projects structured to locate overall inefficiencies and determine new ideas to improve current processes.
- Balance strategic thinking and focus on long-term goals, with hands on day-to-day execution of process improvement projects.

**Skills**:

- At least 1 year of experience as Data Analyst and/or Supply Chain Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
