We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our in-house creative team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Come be part of the Public & Government Affairs team and join a global group of passionate employees. **What role you will play in our team**: **What you will do**: As the creative team lead for the you will be responsible for all aspects of the creative process, including directing the work of a team of designers and video production professionals. **About You**: - More than 10 years of experience working as a creative director, video production specialist, graphic designer or related position - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, broadcast production, communications or similar discipline - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required - Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions - Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills **Preferred Qualifications/ Experience**: - Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict quality control - Creative leader with visual storytelling experience through multimedia - Ability to lead a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of international colleagues - Demonstrated experience in video editing, graphic design and motion graphics **Your benefits**: **An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
