**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversees and consults on execution of marketing of all creative development projects.
- Owns leading creative excellence across our team deliverables, ensuring consistent execution across the mix
- Drives and ensures collaboration with the cross functional teams including all PS marketing teams, Market marketing teams, creative studio and agency partners
- Contributes to the development and adoption of innovative marketing principles and practices across the organization.
- Contributes innovative ideas and can lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
- Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise, developing strategy and setting functional policy and direction for your role
- Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

**Education & Experience Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- 10+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing or creative development, ideally including agency experience
