**About the Role**

This role will mainly provide HR support to SAP employees based in Americas region.

HRdirect Associates are responsible for meeting the established service level agreements while focusing on delivering quality customer service to the employee base, responsible for keeping KB up to date.

Performs administrative and transactional tasks that are associated with HR processes. Supports assigned projects.

**Essential qualifications**
Graduate of Bachelors Degree

2-3 years of relevant professional experience

Previous experience in HR not required but experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Self-starter and capable to taking initiatives and can work with mínimal direction

Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Strongly possesses a “can do” attitude

Committed and enthusiastic team player

Thrives in challenging and fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**
Basic process improvement and project management skills

With excellent understanding and focus on customer experience

**Language Requirements**

Portuguese and Spanish Language Proficiency equivalent to native

Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Portuguese
