**What does teaching look like?**:
You will be the **owner of the day** - explaining the key concepts through the content provided by Le Wagon and also leading the team of Teaching Assistants supporting you throughout the day.
Together you will lead a group of students of varying skill levels, which requires excellent communication skills and empathy. Although the exact daily flow and tasks may vary, **these are the tasks you will be responsible for during a typical day**:
- **Prepare** **thoroughly** for the teaching day with the help of our slides, videos and challenges
- Deliver the **morning lecture** based on the content provided by Le Wagon
- Ensure a **great learning atmosphere** while **coaching and checking-in on students**:
- Manage and **support the teaching team** during the day
- Run engaging **live coding sessions** at the end of the day
- **Report to and liaise with Le Wagon Staff** whenever needed

**About You**:
We’re always looking for **tech professionals who want to share their real-world experience with our bootcamp students.** We provide teacher training & support to help you deliver an amazing learning experience for our students.
- You have minimum of **2-3 years of experience** in your field of work
- You have **teaching** and **1:1 mentoring** **or pair programming** experience
- You are used to **breaking down complex concepts** with people who are new to technology
- You are a **empathetic and love** to help others reach their objectives
- You are a **clear and confident communicator** with strong written and verbal skills
- You have a **product mindset** and get excited about solving real-world problems
