**TTH Taste LATAM / SITE Plant Lead Controller**:
The position of Taste Finance Operations LATAM region / SITE LATAM Plant Lead Controller within the TTH Taste Operations network is accountable for operations financial performance, including long term strategic agenda. Supporting Taste LATAM operations whilst playing an independent ‘challenger role’ with Local Plant Management and Regional Ops leadership team;

The Taste Finance Operations LATAM / SITE Controller will work closely with Regional Business Controllers and Global Taste Finance Operations Lead, be the business partner of Taste LATAM Operations Leader as well as site Taste Plant Manager.

Active contributor to TTH Finance Operations team, the person will play a key role in the coordination of the costing and operations performance tracking with the regional business organization. The position will report to the TTH Taste Operations lead with dotted line to Regional Business Controller.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Be the Co-pilot of Site and LATAM region Taste Operations.
- Ensure Transparency and accuracy of assumptions and Operations Metrics / EBITDA contribution to the Business Unit (BU)
- Manage Ops value creation for Taste LATAM / SITE Operations, ensuring compliance of Operations Expenses, Cost per Kg, Inventory loss and Ops Competitive Plan achievement
- Lead Working Capital best practices through Inventory tight management against MoH Target and Drive CAPEX requirements
- Participate to Period End Closing, in support of the local Finance & Administration team
- Manage and drive the budget and Revised Annual Forecast (RAF) Process for the SITE and LATAM Taste plants
- Lead all costing and inventories management activities together with local supply chain management, F&A and other Controllers in the Region
- Develop Finance Planning and Analysis culture and behaviour in the plant and in the Region

**You bring**
- Strong business and strategic acumen, demonstrating courage and conviction to drive change and to positively challenge and convey opinions at Executive meetings.
- Strategic vision, with strong analytical capabilities, priority setting and decision-making ability
- Team player, hands-on, good communication and ability to adapt to multiple interlocutors. Effective and professional communication and organization skills. capacity to produce and communicate a synthetic view. Self-motivated, resilient, capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Capacity of Anticipation
- Minimum of 10/15 years relevant finance experience of Operations Plant Controlling for large affiliates within dsm-firmenich group and proven track record of implementation of SAP costing approach.
- Experience in SAP implementation and Plant controlling,

setting product costing in SAP or other ERP in FMCG industry.
- Building teams during change. Collaborating and influencing, excellent interpersonal skill
