**Howard Financial **is a full-service back-office solution for companies and entities with bookkeeping, payroll, and bespoke reporting needs that require accuracy, timeliness, and institutional-quality reporting without the burden of full-time staff. We are an experienced team of bookkeepers and administrators with multiple decades of combined experience across industries allowing companies to focus on their core business while we handle the rest.

Founded in Fall 2023, Howard has grown quickly and currently serves over 35 high-growth companies across a diverse array of industries. We are looking for a communicative and entrepreneurial accountant to assist our finance team with delivering timely and accurate reporting across clients.

Join us as our Sr. Accountant

**Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping**:Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
- **Financial Reporting**:Prepare and submit financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- **AP & AR**: Manage invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- **Data Entry**:Input financial data into accounting software with attention to detail.
- **Audit Support**:Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- **Client Communication**:Interact with clients to gather financial information and resolve inquiries.

**Preferred Skills / Characteristics**:

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
