**About the Opportunity**:

- Gather data, analyze metrics, and elaborate reports and dashboards and communicate results across different teams.
- Take actions to achieve KPIs defined in the organization and communicate accordingly.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Create, maintain metrics and dashboards
- Monitors on regular basis results for solutions within our organization to identify any instances where company's standards are not accomplished.
- Analyze through Power BI platform results and take actions accordingly following organization policies and processes (SQL queries - PostgreSQL - Python scripts).
- Gather results from SFDC related to pre-sales quotes for the organization.
- Share the results of the analysis with project’s teams and direct managers.
- Participate daily meetings and weekly planning.
- Experience with SQL and ETL
- Experience in cross collaborating with multiple teams for change management, communications planning, and execution.
- General tech involved: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform, Bitbucket/Git, Jira, Agile concepts, programming languages data analyst oriented (Python - JavaScript - SQL - Python).

**About You**:

- Self-starters that can participate in autonomous team environment.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English. (Must have)
- Desired: Associate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
