**Job Overview: Business Development Consultant (Work from Home)**
As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in the IT sector. Your primary focus will be on generating new business leads, working with Account Directors to promote our recruitment solutions, and build a pipeline of opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to prospecting activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in prospecting within the IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $500,000.00 - $700,000.00 per month
