**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **Full-Stack Developer** to join our small development team. This role requires a highly motivated, self-driven professional who can navigate customer interactions and technical challenges with confidence. You will be working extensively with JavaScript, Node.js, and Python, with a strong emphasis on API development and ITSM/ITIL-related solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and build custom API integrations for complex system migrations and third-party services.- Engage with external customers frequently to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside customers to validate solutions.- Work with and continually develop familiarity with our primary ITSM and ITIL-related solutions.

***Required Skills & Experience**:
- +3 years of experience in similar roles.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields will be highly valued.- Strong skills in JavaScript, preferably supplemented with Node.js and/or Python
- Extensive experience in API development, integrations, and migrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with experience in external customer interactions.
- Ability to lead and manage technical discussions with customers.

**Nice-to-Have**:
- Familiarity with ITSM or ITIL solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Experience performing unit testing.
