**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to design and implement personalized customer experiences.
- Develop and execute personalization strategies, including customer data analysis, segmentation, content personalization, and A/B testing.
- Leverage data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs) to drive targeted content delivery strategies, with proficiency in Adobe Audience Manager.
- Integrate Adobe products with other business systems using APIs, ensuring seamless flow of customer data across platforms.
- Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments, including Adobe Managed Services and Microsoft Azure.
- Design scalable and flexible solution architectures that meet business requirements, adhering to best practices, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging analytical skills to interpret data and insights for personalized marketing strategies.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and provide leadership and mentorship to teams implementing personalization initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign.
- Knowledge of personalization strategies and customer experience optimization.
- Experience with data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs), preferably with Adobe Audience Manager experience.
- Expertise in integrating systems and technologies using APIs.
- Understanding of cloud-based architectures and experience with cloud computing platforms.
- Strong background in technical architecture and design, with a focus on scalability, flexibility, and best practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- Certifications in Adobe Experience Cloud products and Microsoft Azure Architecture are preferred but not required.
