Learning & Development Specialist - Supply

We dream big, take on new challenges and push the boundaries of what’s possible. **Responsabilidades y atribuciones** The L&D Global Support Specialist will support the strategic execution of L&D initiatives for the Learning and Development team for Global Supply Chain. Primary responsibilities will include the execution and management of global academies and their respective cohorts and ad hoc self-driven learning initiatives as well as maintaining department monthly reports and communications to stakeholders and learners. - Acts as a primary point of contact for all cohort participants for global academies (program logistics, technology troubleshooting, curriculum, etc.) and maintains NPS (+60 average on the year) across all processes; response >40% - Creates and maintains program documents, resources, templates, SOPs, and reporting for global academies utilizing department technologies - Deploys standardized communication plans for cohort and stakeholder communications - Updates and executes upon program Checklist on-time or adjusts appropriately based on business need and in alignment with other global academies - Supports implementation and sustainment of global supply chain self-driven Learning initiatives - Updates and maintains PI/KPI monthly reporting through the L&D Dashboard, learning technologies, and stakeholder communications **Requisitos y calificaciones** Bachelor Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or similar). At least 1 year of experience in similar positions (Learning and Development or program/project management role) Advanced English level (oral and written - mandatory) Advanced Power Point & Excel Project management skills and ability to work in complex, multitasking environment.
