**Job description**:
Payments Operation Execution (POE) teams in BACC is a support and operational execution area that works nears each Latam Operation Branches (Brazil, Mexico & Andean countries) as part of the operational process. POE capabilities include overseeing a company's day-to-day operations and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. This means that you must be able to identify and resolve possible issues by considering the agreed SLAs.

Some of the Responsibilities include:

- Work with different stakeholders in search of agreements and opportunities to improve the processes in charge.
- Execute and control the business-as-usual operational routines in accordance with the standard operating procedures defined in the payment process.
- Tracking & Setting Up References Data Setup - Creation/closure /maintenance of accounts / Block and unblock of account.
- Monitor and/or initiate manual payment instructions (for both internal and external customers); authentication, callback, and manual payment entry.
- Perform the process of monitoring and reconciling payments and balances.
- Troubleshoot exception/discrepancy escalation or continue escalating as appropriate.
- Generate periodic reports/metrics as needed and analyze the information generated.
- Generate and keep updated the standard operating processes (SOP) associated with the executed activities, creating diagrams of current and future flows from Operation´s perspective.
- Suggest improvements and efficiencies in the process, be a reference for the team and internal customers.
- The position will be located in Buenos Aires office, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m

**Requirements and qualifications include**:

- Intermediate or Advanced Portuguese, due to this position will work closely with Brazil.
- Bachelor’s degree in economy, Business, or related areas - required.
- At least 5 years of experience in payment business processes (Payments, Collections, Tax) with proven knowledge of end-to-end processes, preferred.
- Organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and prioritize, work under pressure.
- Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to assume different functions and responsibilities.
- MS Office package
- Fluent Spanish English and Portuguese languages
- Outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written)
