**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct financial analysis of potential investment targets, including company financial statements, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the investment potential of small companies and provide recommendations to the fund managers.
- Collaborate with the fund managers to develop investment strategies and identify potential investment opportunities.
- Provide support to the fund managers
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or investment management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Knowledge of market analysis and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
