Provides administrative support to BASSC GM and Finance Leadership Team.

Main responsibilities
- Personal assistant to the General Manager in daily activities, meeting logistics/coordination, including visitors agendas (entertainment, dinners, room bookings, catering), prepare/coordinate presentations, manage travel and expense reports, as needed.
- Administration of corporate cards and mobile lines.
- Assistance in accounts payables activities (mailbox monitoring and distribution, invoice review and coding, vendor master requests).
- Coordination of office transportation (taxis, remises).
- Assist the Finance Leadership team in various administrative tasks as needed
- Other general duties include:

- Research venues and compare prices for events
- Independently completes special projects as requested
- Works collaboratively with other administrative resources
- Other administrative tasks, as needed

Require Qualifications:

- Advance level of English.
- Intermediate Knowledge of Power Point and other presentation tools
- Minimum of 4 years of similar experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to influence effectively with all levels of a diverse workforce.
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally in a clear, concise and effective manner.
- Ability to plan, balance and multi-task job responsibilities based on business need.
- Ability to develop and leverage relationships within the organization and across various functions.
- Proactive with strong organizational skills.
