Your mission as a BI Lead

Kids Corp is actively looking for a BI Lead, with strong analytical skills and business vision, to lead our vibrant Business Intelligence team.
This strategic role will be responsible for managing our data infrastructure, focusing on reporting and defining key metrics that will be essential to drive strategic and operational decisions across the organization.
In addition, its main challenge is to drive process automation and optimization, continuously seeking ways to strengthen organizational efficiency, for example, through the use of artificial intelligence tools.

What You’ll Do Drive organizational efficiency through leadership in process automation and optimization, working in synergy with Business, Finance and Product teams to detect and seize opportunities for improvement. Develop a deep understanding of business variables and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to improve reporting quality in their areas, by preparing advanced reports, defining crucial key indicators and building predictive models to drive strategic and operational decisions throughout the organization. Actively promote synergy with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineers, Data Product Managers and Data Analysts, to optimize the use of our extensive data infrastructure in pursuit of improving its internal use and enhancing the quality of our Data Visualization service to clients. Actively collaborate in the integration with third party platforms to ensure optimal access and utilization of relevant external data. Establish autonomy within the BI area through the development of proprietary ETLs, allowing operational independence from the engineering area, ensuring agile data management adapted to the specific Business Intelligence team needs. Foster a work environment that promotes collaboration and innovation, actively integrating advanced technological tools and artificial intelligence solutions, with the aim of enriching the organizational culture and enhancing operational efficiency.

**Requisitos**:
What It Takes To Succeed Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems or areas related to Data Analysis. A minimum of 5 years of experience in BI or similar areas, with a proven track record of significant contributions in the Bl domain. Proven experience in designing, developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. Experience in data consumption through APIs. Demonstrated ability to develop data processing flows to manage large volumes of information, including building ETLs with a preferred focus on SQL. Python skills and proven experience in predictive modeling and Data Analytics. Project management and team leadership skills. Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps, as well as other tools will be considered a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-informed decision making capabilities, with a strong results orientation, maintaining a vision of quality, scalability and robustness of the applied solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Innovative attitude with skills to drive change and adopt new technologies and methodologies for continuous improvement. Strong interest in technological trends, especially those applicable to the development and optimization of processes aimed at continuous improvement.
