**Senior Product Manager**
We are looking for a Sr Product Manager to lead the development of an innovative and high-impact software product. You will be responsible for defining and communicating the product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to ensure the delivery of a quality, competitive, and valuable product.
**Responsibilities**:
Define and communicate the product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with the business goals and the customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and BAs to gather, prioritize, and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Understand and communicate the technical requirements to the development teams, making informed decisions on the architecture, the technology stack, and the design. Must have experience in Power BI or related data visualization tools.
Plan, coordinate, and track the software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Work closely with the development, design, QA, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product launch.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and user preferences, ensuring that the product remains competitive and valuable.
Define release plans, manage feature rollouts, and address post-launch issues to continuously improve the product.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.
Identify and address technical challenges, risks, and obstacles to ensure smooth development and delivery.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs), gather data, and analyze product usage to make data-driven decisions and optimize the product.
Advocate for a positive user experience, ensuring that the product meets usability and accessibility standards.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, incorporating insights into the product’s ongoing development.
Drive iterative improvements by incorporating feedback, learning from previous releases, and adapting strategies as needed.
Evaluate and manage third-party tools, services, or integrations that contribute to the product’s success.
Ensure that the delivered software meets quality standards, aligning with user expectations and business objectives.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as technical limitations, security vulnerabilities, or scalability challenges.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for the product, including specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience in software product management, preferably in an agile environment.
Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Deep knowledge of software development concepts and practices, including methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in Power BI or related data visualization tools.
Ability to translate business and user requirements into technical and functional requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user evaluations.
Ability to define and measure KPIs, collect and analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to advocate and improve the user experience, ensuring that the product meets usability and accessibility standards.
Ability to gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders into the product development.
Ability to drive iterative improvements, learning from previous releases and adapting strategies as needed.
