THE ROLE We're currently in search of a Technical Product Manager who can drive our product development efforts with a strong technical understanding and strategic vision. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading cross‑functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of both our customers and the market. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, internal stakeholders and management, to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our internal products. Analyze and collect feedback from internal stakeholders. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on internal user’s feedback, pains, data analysis, and business objectives aligned with company strategy. Work closely with the R&D teams to define user stories, scope and technical specifications. Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution. Solve product‑related challenges with thinking about tradeoffs which will be aligned with business needs and company focus. HOW DO WE WORK? We are a distributed team of more than 80 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). At least 2 years of hands‑on development experience. At least 2 years of technical product management. Experience working with data analysts, data engineers. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a can‑do attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Highly self‑motivated person, fast learner and independent. Experience with Agile development and Kanban methodologies is a plus. Mobile ecosystem knowledge is a plus.
