We are Kubikware, a digital agency with **20 years of experience** designing and developing **web and mobile** platforms, as well as video games, AR/VR apps, and AI/ML. We are headquartered in Miami, FL with a strong South American team, and have **clients and partners in the US market **of all sizes and verticals. We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a **UX/UI Designer** that is well-versed in** web and mobile product design **and is** **located in Latin America, preferably in Argentina**. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.

We are looking for:

- 1+ years of experience as UX Designer or Interaction Designer, preferably with experience in agencies.
- Understanding of responsive design and catering interfaces to their viewport and device.
- Understanding of user experience processes such as research, organization, structure (flowcharts, user journeys, information architecture, sitemaps) and user testing.
- Delivering functional and aesthetically strong products, driven by user requirements that provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Demonstrating empathy for end user experience and delivering UI with that in mind.
- Contributing technical expertise to the design components of the development effort.
- Working knowledge of Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, UXPin, Framer, InVision, Zeplin or related prototype software.
