**This position is open for people residing in LATIN AMERICA***

**Role Summary**: As a mid-level UI/UX designer, you will play a critical role in enhancing the usability and appeal of our software product. With a keen eye for design and a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces, you will independently drive design projects and recommend improvements to ensure our product is not only functional but also visually compelling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and improve the UI/UX of our software product
- Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Provide strategic design recommendations based on analysis and research
- Work independently, outside of the engineering team, to deliver design solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Independent thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate design choices clearly
