Right now, we are looking for an **Vendor Master Analyst** to join our team
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following:_
- Complete requests for vendor master data in a timely and accurate manner ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with
- corporate requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business questions related to vendor master data.
- Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running regular scheduled data audit reports (e.g. elimination of duplicates; standard text formats, retirement).
- Participation in multi geographical initiatives and projects.
- Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_
- Thorough understanding of general accounting.
- Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various internal clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure.
- Ability to work collaboratively & independently in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- More than 2 years of VDM experience.
- ERP migrations experience
- SAP knowledge
- ARIBA (preferred)
- Excel skills
- Graduate degree in Accounting or similar
- Enjoy analyzing and solving problems
- Intermediate English skills
