**About the role**
This is a remote, full-time consulting position (contract).
**Job description**
- Develop and maintain test cases and test plans for SaaS products
- Identify and document defects and inconsistencies in SaaS products
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that defects are addressed
and resolved efficiently
- Participate in the development of automation scripts and tools for testing
SaaS products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, to
reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported issues
- Monitor and report on the overall quality of SaaS products
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodology within the
organization
**Qualifications and requirements**:
- A keen eye for detail
- Communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Database management
- The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
- The ability to closely follow quality standards
- Decision-making skills
