The **Quality Assurance Coordinator**, reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance Americas, based on our Fragrances site, will support the execution of the Quality Assurance, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Strategy, in relation to the overall objective of the function to assure the safety, compliance, legality and quality of our products.

**You will**:

- Perform timely analysis and interpretation / trending of reported data from multiple sources.
- Be in charge of local QMS documentation management (local documents aligned with regional and global documents)
- Lead and implement assigned actions related to quality assurance requirements.
- Lead the execution of the internal audit program and subsequent CAPA process
- Demonstrate and able to provide a good level of knowledge and interpretation of quality related policies, stand-ards, procedures and requirements.
- Assess the capability of external service providers, vendors, contractors or toll manufacturers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards/requirements/contractual requirements.
- Coordinate audits and participate in audits (internal, vendor, certification, among others) as a Lead Auditor
- Provide quality related training to the function.
- Induction training and subsequent training / internal auditors / staff in operations and all other site functions
- Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding the update of their departmental manuals, procedures and SOP’s.
- Lead investigations into non-conformance and make batch release decisions associated to process deviations
- Analyze and interpret CI / performance indicators / improvement project data, define and propose improvements.
- Run reports including key statistics and findings for the Quality function in relation to QMS performance.
- Promote quality principles and culture by working cross functionally, being visible, walking the floor, participating in Visual Performance Management meetings in multiple functions
- Participate / Lead HACCP studies.

**Your professional profile requires**:

- University degree in Engineering (chemical or food), chemistry, or related areas.
- 5+ years' experience in a similar position.
- HACCP Knowledge
- Expert level of understanding of the principles of Quality Management Systems e.g. ISO 9001, GMP and continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of business processes in Operations and in other Site functions/businesses on Site e.g. Manufacturing, distribution and Creation, Procurement, Sample/Application labs, Ingredients, Oral care or active beauty.
