**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to craft effective, efficient, and impactful user experiences that integrate cutting-edge technology. You will advocate for our users, driving enhancements to their experience and ensuring solutions align with business challenges and technical requirements. Your expertise in design thinking, design process, and accessibility standards, will be crucial in driving the success of our platform.

**What You’ll Do**
- ** Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and visual design, to understand project requirements, think through complex user flows, and translate them into feasible digital experiences that meet the needs of user in the clinical trials domain.
- **Think through and design for complex workflows**: Gain a deep understanding of business challenges and translate them into effective technical designs. Create user flows, storyboards, user story maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. Validate designs with technical architects and user representatives.
- ** Product Delivery**: Partner with product managers to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations in an agile environment. Drive designs through the design process from problem identification and definition to solution development and delivery.
- ** Continuous Improvement & Innovation**_: _Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies, business domains, and UX design processes. Stays informed on the latest UX/UI trends, methodologies, and technologies to continuously enhance outcomes.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in UX design.
- Demonstrates UX design and research expertise and experience delivering high-tech products
- Exhibits a strong working knowledge and expertise of design thinking and the design process.
- Exhibits strong data visualization and visual design skills
- Create low-fidelity mockups and high-fidelity flows in Figma that effectively illustrate intuitive experiences that bring value to users, align with accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Maintain and leverage pre-existing design system
- Leverage a variety of UX research methodologies including A/B Testing, Usability Testing and 1:1 interviews.
- Analyze, synthesize and presents research findings to the product and executive teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex concepts and workflows into easy-to-understand frameworks.
- Presents work in progress, and gathers product/technical feedback to refine designs and iterate
- Documents design decisions and annotating design artifacts to facilitate collaboration and support implementation
- Performs UXA to ensure implementation follows design recommendations
- Works on multiple products simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines.
