As a Senior UX Design Consultant, you will use your experience and knowledge to create digital
solutions for a variety of clients and industries. You will play a key role in understanding and
interpreting our clients’ business challenges and goals and with work with stakeholders and
development teams to deliver elegant user experiences that meet those goals.

ٟ Team Role Overview

Additionally, Senior UX Design Consultants are expected to design and facilitate usability
validation throughout the design and development processes. You should possess outstanding
creativity, a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve complex user interface problems.

**Requirements**:
ٟ Experience & Skills Overview

Expertise within the Senior UX Design Consultant role reflects at least 4-6 years of experience. This
role is expected to perform at an advanced level of proficiency in a wide range of skillsets including low
- and high-fidelity designs, persona creation, and user interviewing.
